Celebrating 20 years of YouTube within the context of Wireless Festival created the oppourtunity to take a look back at where it all started. Real fans of the UK scene know the early and iconic videos before these artists entered the mainstream and their journey to get there.

The design direction combines YouTube’s new marketing visual identity with YouTube’s old design visuals, with aim to put emphasis and contrast to the idea of where it all started but making use of old UI elements and old YouTube videos contrasted with new ones.
